Hospice

Provides support to persons diagnosed with a terminal illness.  Support includes medical/clinical and psychological/social care, either at home or in a health care facility.  Hospice enables patients to live through the latter stages of their illness with dignity and surrounded by people who are caring, experienced and empathetic.  They assist the ailing person with routine care, medical/clinical assistance in pain control, grief counseling, symptom management and various support services.
